Who are you?
I’m Michelle, I’m 30 something travel loving, outgoing, wife, mother, and kitty momma. I grew up in upstate NY (not Westchester, and not western New York, upstate think Canada and Vermont). I loved Canada so much growing up next door to it I decided to go to University there. So I spent 4 years in one of my favorite cities in the world Ottawa. There I came to love the field of student affairs and planning events on campus so I moved to what felt like the opposite of Ottawa to Tampa, Florida for grad school. I got an M.Ed in Higher Education Administration and then moved right outside Washington D.C. to work for a University overseeing their student programming. I was there for 7 1/2 years before I had my son and decided it was best to stay home with him and start my own event planning company to do so. Check me out at Easy Event Ideas. I also started selling printables that I design in my Etsy Shop.
What is the view from the stroller?
This blog is about well the view from the stroller. Seeing what I and others do as we take our littles ones through the world. Now my little isn’t always in his stroller sometimes he’s in his carrier too! I love carrying my little guy close it can be so convenient. But sometimes I need to push him in his stroller too. The view from the stroller is a metaphor for the child’s view and what they are seeing.

Yes, I try to take as many of my own photos as much as possible. I use a Nikon D3200 my Go Pro Hero+ and I also take a lot of photos on my iPhone. If photos aren’t taken by me, then I credit otherwise at the bottom of the post or by writing about the photographer. If I’ve unintentionally left out a photo credit, or otherwise made a mistake, please drop me a line and let me know and we’ll get it taken care of!

Tweet me, I’d love to see where they end up. I would also ask that you not use images of myself or family without prior written permission.
